Question Must Have Apps?

Do any of you have any specific applications that you will definitely buy when the new 2.0 software is released?

For me, one of the programs that I gave up when I sold my Axim was a real financial calculator. More specifically, an HP 12c emulator. I have seen one company that has it written and is just waiting on the App Store to open. They'll have my money on day one, as long as the price is reasonable.

For me Monkey Ball was the first buy. Most of the other paid apps weren't really worth it. I considered Band, but I decided against it, since it was a disappointment that they charge for it now (it was free in the jailbreak days).

It's not really impressive (band, I mean), but Monkey Ball was just great. Loads of fun.

In terms of productivity, all of my apps outside of games have been free. There aren't that many paid ones that I find worth it.

I use this one one my 1.1.4 iPhone. I believe they ported it to 2.0 and now it's available on Cydia for free.

One thing I noticed with the Stocks software is that it is geared to only US Market index. I try to get the TSX (Toronto) and it is not recognized or found.

I am anxiously awaiting the release of Pocket Informant for the iPhone. I switched from a Mogul and didn't realize it did not have a task database. :(

I also miss my ringtones, I have been able to convert some of them but not all.

You gotta add .TO. For example SU.TO, ABX.TO etc.

I use the metric conversion programs. I hope some one writes a program similar to Microsoft Notes so I can sync with my PC notes I write during the day.
