SBP Pocket Plus and Magic Button

Is anyone using SBP Pocket Plus and Magic Button together? If so, have you found any conflicts when using the two programs? Alternatively, do you think it makes no sense to use both?

I have Pocket Plus already, so I don't need the close button feature of Magic Button. However, I do like how Magic Button appears to let you switch tasks thru the application icon appearing on the task bar.

Any thoughts from others using both programs would be appreciated.

Thanks. :)

If you want to use both disable the close button option in Pocket plus settings.

Just to add to my initial post or clarify... if you have SPB Pocket Plus, why do you like also having Magic Button? What in addition is Magic Button giving you that you like?

the ability to have all apps shown in plain view instead of going through the menu... I 2 have p+ and want to use magic button with it. I like a lot of p+'s other features.

Yes, I use them both. I just turn off the Close Button feature in SPB. I prefer having the task-bar switcher at the top of the screen rather than having to pull down the menu to switch tasks. Works fine.

I also use both SPB Pocket Plus and Magic Button on my X50V.
I like the way Magic Button handles the Close button better than Pocket Plus and I also like the icons it puts in the upper taskbar of all the running programs.

Thanks for the additional responses. Like the most recent posts... I am primarily interested in MB so I can see open apps at the top of my screen (and easily switch between them). Although, the alt-tab option (when mapped to a hardware button) in SPB Pocket Plus ver. 3.0 makes switching between tasks much quicker and easier than ver. 2.5.

I will have to take Magic Button for a test drive soon -- you can't beat its price, right? :)

Similar thread here http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/foru...ic.php?t=43802. I decided against running MB myself.
