Note M

Ok I have been using Note M for a while to record lectures. I had originally set it up to record to my SD card. all of a sudden it is now recording to my Mian Memory in the My Documents folder and i cant get it to record to the SD anymore....the SD is not full. can anyone explain to me how to get it to record back to the SD card?
