Anything specific you are after? There are a lot of utilities available: Pocket Mechanic, PocketTweak, MemMaid, Resco has a bunch of utilities...

Something like a defragmenter, disk cleanup, and the disk integrity checker (which I can't find on XP but was on Windows 98.)

For defragmenter use Pocket Mechanic. For cleanup use SK Tools (the most versatile) or MemMaid.

No response from the peanut gallery though, he must be busy consulting the magical squirrel.

do you have to have pocket mechanic installed on main memory?

EDIT: hmm seems like it works from SD too. I just copied the folder from main memory to SD and uninstalled it.. hope there won't be any problems running it from SD.

I saw those floating around, I'm not sold. I just don't think there's any value to a memory defragger - a good soft reboot works wonders for me, if my memory has shrunk or thinks appear to be slow.

I agree. There is seldom any point in defragging although Frenchy recommends defragging new memory cards to avoid viruses, (pretty unlikely I would have thought).

Pocket Mechanic will analyze a memory cards to tell you what the fragmentation is and if there is any point in defragging. There very rarely is. Fragmentation is almost always 0.00. You can also use a defragger if you want to change the FAT from 16 to 32 or vice versa.

Pocket Mechanic can be installed on a memory card or in BIS and will work fine. So can MemMaid.
