I installed Intellisync. Maybe I improperly uninstalled it. At any rate I cannot remove it off the my AXIM. When I try to remove it, it goes away and then pops back up in the Programs list. Help

Does the program keep reappearing, or it is simply a shortcut leftover? Try clicking it to see if it launches. If it doesn't it's most likely an orphaned shortcut which you can delete using File Explorer (\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\[your program].lnk)

It is still resident in the Remove Programs when I bring it up.
