I like TodaysInfo myself. Small freeware that does not take a lot of screen real estate but is also large enough that the info is easy to read unlike some programs that use color-coding or a few pixels to represent the info. Also works fine in WM5. It displays the RAM, ROM, battery, and either the CF or SD.
I like the fact that if you touch the left meters, the Memory config is launched, and if you press the right meters, the Power config is launched.
The only problem is that it does not display both SD and CF info at the same time - only one or the other, but you can switch easily enough.
