how do i install notem?

i've been trying for a while now...

none of the exe's will run in winxp, so i copied everything over to my axim. still, nothing will run. i tried unzipping it on my pc and on my axim. none of the cabs in the folder will install from the axim. i've heard so many good thngs about this program and i feel like a really idiot for not being able to install it...

plus there's no readme in the zipped file..

Download the Zip file from here:

http://www.freewareppc.com/multimedia/notem.shtml

Unzip it from your desktop. Click on a file called SETUP.EXE and it will install on your desktop and then to your device via ActiveSync. Just make sure you device is connected.

He's right Gigi , it says exe version is for 16 bit

But I just tried installing it the way I described (running XP) and it worked...

i've already tried that, it doesn't work. it just gives me an error message saying that it's not designed for this computer (or something along those lines).

common guys, there's a lot of people with the program installed and nobody can help me?? the setup.exe doesn't run in windows or on my axim.
