forcing phone data call

is there any software to make the axim force the verizon data calls (#777) so that im always connected to the internet?

What are you using to connect? E.g., BT phone, CF CDMA card? And I'm not sure why you say you need to force the data calls. It's not difficult to tether the Axim to a cell phone or use a CF card to help get you on the Internet. You can stay online for as long as your power source and data service allow you to.

im using a gomadic cable but the problem is i want to use my axim as a tracking device. but with verizon it only connects when there are apps that need to connect like pie or outlook then it disconects, this feature saves minutes and battery life but i need to stay connected at all times to use the remote software (the one you mentioned)

o never mind, my phone stops showing the tx and rx data page and then goes to the main page, but its still connectted
