Another VGA mode problem

Whenever I switch to VGA mode using either ozVga or SE_VGA everything works great except my start menu has the following problem. I can't figure out what's causing it and it happens with all VGA themes. I'm running wisbar advance with wisbar desktop.

Does anyone have any recommended settings for ozVga? The folder icons shouldn't be that huge.

it's the bitmap used for the start menu in your theme, most likely. Try changing themes and see if it makes a difference.

ya usually a qvga theame works fine in real vga with SE-VGA for me... but VGA themes look all big like that pic there. Funny though that warcraft one i have and it looks fine in real vga. is that a vga theme or the qvga one?
