SPB pocket+ is the winner of PPCMAG 2005 software awards (over iLauncher and many others). :)

I liked iLauncher, but will probably disable it now that I am using WisBar coupled with WisBar Advanced Desktop. This combo gives extraordinary control over your UI, blowing away the launching abilities of any single app.

Check out of some of the screen shots at lakeridge, some pretty amazing stuff to be sure.

As mentioned in this thread, there is a performance hit, but I personally find it quite negligble. The only delay I notice is the switching from portrait to landscape, which I don't do often, so not a big deal for me.
