If anyone out there has used this program can they explain how to get the calendar to synch up? No one in my office has been able to figure it out. Pumatech's web site does not address it.

I use it with my Lotus Notes 6.5 and it works fine. Make sure you have compatible version of Lotus Notes and software. Intellisync version has to be for the version of LN you're running or it won't work. Make sure you setup the items you want sync'd. I run card scan into my computer , then export to LN 6.5 and then sync with Axim. It's sweet. Your calendar will do the same if it is configured correctly. Go to your intellisync desktop to help and read. You should find it in your programs list. Make sure you have selected LN and the items which you want to sync. The Help Section is pretty detailed. Have had some issues at work with LN6.0 Updated to WM5 and AS4.1 on the Dell X50 and the version of IS on my PC didn't work so I went back to WM3 and AS3.8.

My biggest prob is that, for duplicate (like recurring meetings) entries, it creates single occasion duplicates of each duplicate so now I have the original and a duplicate. Not sure why yet.

As for getting started:I just installed the software, opened Intellisync, Configure, highlighted "Calendar", Choose, chose Lotus Notes 5.0/6.0, Options and entered the info such as "Location of the NOTES.INI file" and password and I was going. The initial synch was an ungodly length of time but shortened up after that.

I never used Intellisync... everyone I saw with it had nothing but trouble. Cadenza mNotes ended up being our app of choice for syncing with Lotus.

I use Companionlink. It is a little slower, but is very easy to set up and was compatible with wm5 when I used that terrible software.
