I was able to merge the palm to outlook. My problem is that when I try and open contacts on the axim, it just makes a sound then nothing happens. Anyone knows why?

There was an early bug found that might be effecting you. I belive I read that if you are in the Contact "edit" screen and then close Contacts from there it locks you out.

Luckily a "soft-reset" takes care of the problem. Try that.
