yeah i'm going to take a guess, but i think that program wasn't made for editing/creating, i think it was made just to view, cause MS released a freeware ppt viewer for windows and it was the same way, you can view but you can't edit/create... my guess! i don't think you have anything wrong!

Same here

Ill I can do is view powerpoint presentations. No editing.

I even loaded the files to my Sd card but all I can do is view then as a presentation. Which by the way impresses alot of people.

Nick

BrickCityAxim is right. It's just a PowerPoint viewer.

Powerpoint for PPC 2003

Thanks brobinson. I thought it was for PPC 2003 not the desktop. Anyone know where I can get a freeware Powerpoint viewer for X50v PPC 2003?

The company softmaker could make tons of money if they would release a powerpoint like program for pocket pcs. They could call it like slidemaker. Their office progs they have out for ppc now are the best around. If they could just put out a powerpoint prog. I think ill email them and ask. I emailed them once and they replied in a few days, great. Of course it looked like they translated my email to german and translated their german reply to english, but i could understand it fine.

That freeware hasn't been supported since the PocketPC 2002 OS, and the developer's website no longer exists.
