McAfee Virus How to set up.

I could use some help with the McAfee virus software that I purchased with the x50v. I can't seem to get anyone from McAfee to respond to any of my e-mails. I've downloaded the software, but I am not able to register the product. The instructions say to click on the "M" icon, but it doesn't exist. I do have trend micro on the laptop, but can't seem to disable it to see if that is the problem. Icould use some help.

No, not really. I thought it was necessary, and since I bought every other accessory, I said why not to this software.

I think you need to install the McAfee software in main memory. And remember to register it in your PC first, then install it in your PPC. it seems they use an auto register way via PC.
And I agree with you mzm6262. even if your PPC can't be infected, it can carry virus and infect your PC (or your friend's) instead.
Beside McAfee Symantec, PC-Chillin... also provide anti-virus solution for PPC.
