Finally, after UPS screwed up, I am getting my Axim this afternoon. I am anticipating being able to customize it. Can any of you out there tell me what you think are the most useful apps you have on your axim? Maybe a list of what you have? Included links and pics would be great. Thanks.....

I think with theme master you can preview teh themes you have on your device before you choose them, then with facelift you can custimize the heck out of it, as well as set up full screen themes.
Hey Raynne how come your usign battery pack and pocket backup plus? Have you tried the pocketmon file that pocket backup comes with? I found the battery estimation time more accurate, I was wondering if you think so as well.

You put Facelift and ThemeMaster. But doesn't Facelift allow you to change your themes. Why would you need both?
NMKid is right. I have a TON of themes for my PocketPC, for all my different moods. So I use Theme Master to preview them, before I switch.

Yes, I believe Pocketmon is more accurate in regards to battery life. I mainly use them both because I like Battery Pack's launcher. I like being able to have five lines take up only one line of space. I don't like alot of stuff on my Today Page.

Adobe Acrobat Reader (online e-books from school)
Monopoly
Sim City 2000
Pocket TV (For QuickTime Movies)
Pocket Plus (Primarily to make the close button really close)
AlarmMe (because the built-in alarms really are insufficient)
And the rest I use the built-in apps

*TascalSoft TascaiRegEdit (free Registor editor)
*Tillanosoft PocketTweak (change Fonts on Today screen and menus, use ClearType in PIE, etc.)
*Ictinus Icbar (skin and greatly improve function of Task Bar; BEST utility I've found - and it's free!)
*Stardock PocketBlinds (don't use much now Icbar skins Menu Bar; skins buttons in other apps as well)
*Adobe Acrobat Reader
*IA Presenter
*Resco Picture Viewer
*MTUX SideX (cool free applet program; gives you a power off button and task switcher always present on your screen as well as free applets like a mini calculator, clock, and calendar)
*MTUX ThemeX (applet for SideX; preview, sort, and rotate themes, Theme designer app included, allows animated Today themes - $12.99)
*Pocket Hotmail (hotmail in your inbox - shareware)
*Taubetapi Advanced Explorer (Great free file explorer similar to Resco Explorer, but without all the extras)

*Tinyware PocketChess (free B&W chess game; computer opponent is impossible, but you can play multiplayer)
*Lena Games Pocket Taipei (beautiful Majong title game - shareware)
*nakka tdLaunch (free Today screen program launcher - customizable)
*Ziosoft Age of Empires Gold Edition (best PPC game IMO :) - $29.95)
YanCEyWare Reader allows you to highlight versus in the scriptures. Bookmarks are easier to create and jump to. It stores the last 15 places you visited so you can quickly jump from place to place and back again. It also has a quicker search engine. It allows you to pick the size of the text, so you can fit a lot more on the screen at once and it uses ClearType, which makes the text easier on the eyes. I also like its footnote and cross-reference interface better than EZ Reader. And you get Maps and the Hymns; and the "Teachings..." Manuals include all the pictures in the printed versions (much easier to follow along with in Sunday School).
Plus, the app Loading screen is just awesome, with a picture of the scriptures and the Church's logo below it. I also like it's filing system better.
The only things I dislike is it takes a bit longer to load than EZ Reader and you can't jump from chapter to chapter as easily. Plus, no Ensigns .
