I agree. Logmein on my Axim saved me last week when I had to make a quick update to a website I maintain. Just logged in to my work desktop, opened my site builder program, made the adjustment, published it and closed. The whole thing took about 5 minutes. It's a great program.

another best thing was able to do things that i wasnt able to do on my work PC. ;-) hehehe! liike using my outlook to get phone number. hehe!

Okay, there's a piece of software that I don't have yet. Can you look at your webcam with it? I have a cam pointed at the front door, and I want to be able to check for packages from wherever.

If you can view it on your desktop, then logmein should work. However, you won't be able to get audio.

This works a bit better than Terminal Services... I like the zoom function. If they could add just one thing-- scrolling/panning the desktop using the D-pad I would be in hog heaven.

Only problem that I'm having with it is that the keyboard doesn't always disappear after I try to minimize it.

Try orb it streams as many webcams as you want, and they have a mobile version.

I love logmein especially when I need to teach my dad how to do something on the computer. It's hell teaching him how to do it over MSN or over the phone. Easier to just do it for him using Logmein.

Anyone care to share what settings you are using to be able to use the WM5 powered x51v to do this? LMI themselves claims it only works with 2003SE but appearently you've got it to work. I know I was playing with the activex, java, html options in the past and got it to work but now all it will do is tell me timedout or logged off (host) after the second "login" level is passed, and I'm bumped to the first login level again :(

Anyone?

Oh wait now I recall you can't do it on the OPERA browser it has to be the Windows browser...

[EDIT] Ok well just FYI if you can't do it on the OPERA browser (which I prefer as a browser) try on the builtin browser it works fine!

I experienced the same issue with Opera. Awesome link to all of the pc's I support though. I do love LogMeIn!
