Adobe Reader PPC 2.0 & WM5.0

Is the latest version of Adobe Reader for PPC ver. 2.0 compatible with WM 5.0? The Adobe site only mentions WM 2003 update 2. My Axim is a X51v.

I use it on my X50v with 2003se installed, I suggest, backup your system and give it a try, if it fails restore back to before you installed Adobe.

I have seen it on two WM5 compatible sites as OK, but haven't tried it myself.

Also works fine on my x51v, although it does not really natively support VGA. By default, it will pixel double and you will get very grainy images of your PDFs, although you can zoom into them and see things well enough. The MUI file that's been posted here to make it go to VGA mode more-or-less does work -- some of the options menus are slightly messed up as a result of the MUI, but the PDFs display in gorgeous VGA, meaning that a journal text is almost readable in full page view! :)

In what format? It does not appear to support .lit files from MS Reader. But are you saying that you've tried to open PDF format eBooks and failed?

I down load e-books from the public library. Mobi Books...no problem. PDF Books are not recognized by adobe...error messages and newly downloaded come up with expired messages.

At the adobe site thereis no solution either.

There are many books that I can't read at this time I keep looking for "the" solution.

Hmmmm...I wonder if there is any site at which we can download a pdf book that doesn't work for you and test it.... I don't think any PDFs I've played with have failed to work.
