They are very similar, in fact they are both based on the same original program. I first used Wisbar and really liked it. Then I tried Icbar and found that it had more options and flexibility. Just my personal opinion.

The way I understand it is that wisbar was the original program. Development on it ended and was made open source. icbar has picked up where wisbar left off and is still being actively developed.

Icbar it is then!! But do you need Icbar if you have PocketFacelift?
