I recently downloaded SBP pocket plus 3.0 and cannot install the .cab file to my Axim x51v.

When I run the install from my pc, and am advised to install the CAB, it says "installation of the Sbp Pocket Plus.CAB was unsuccessful"....any suggestions?

You should copy the cab directly to your PPC and then open it on your PPC, not on your PC

Thanks for your reply. :approve: You'll have to forgive me, I am a Pocket PC newbie, this is my first. Where do I copy the Cab files to on the PPC? I've tried to run the install from the .exe and from the Active Sync, but the program doesn't show up as installed...hence the CAB error.

Typically Activesync creates a folder on your PC that gets synced with your PPC every time you sync. Mine was called "My PocketPC" and was found under My Documents folder. Just place the cab file here and next time you sync, it'll be on your pocket pc. Then on your PPC, browse to your "My Documents" folder and click on the cab to run it.

I'm typing this from memory, as I'm currently between axims, but it should be somewhat the same process. Hope this gets ya started.
