I have not been able to access the http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/ site in the past 2 days. Does anyone know of an alternate site to download the registry editor?

I found the CAB at FreewarePPC.

His site has been down for awhile. You can find the latest version here. It's a cab file so copy it to your PPC and open it there.

Is it WM5 compatable. I am reluctant to install 3d party software without explicit statements that it is compatable with my OS. And because the site is down....?
