How can I make the calander of my axim to look like Outlook's?

I dont like little square black boxes to indicate upcoming appointments, due dates, etc. on "month mode". I want actual name of upcoming stuff like this picture:

IS there a way to set it up like outlook? Or is there another calander software that will display the individual task?
Thanks

It appears that what pocket informant can do is:

That's close, but not exactly what I have in mind. Thanks though.

Is there anything out there right for me?

Pocket Informant can do what you're asking...

Pick either "Mini-text detail" or "Mini-text Detail wrapped"...
----
On that screeny you got there, pick the one that looks like a calendar (4th from the PI icon) and select the above options...

My PI calendar looks like the one w/bars on the days, not the one w/mini text. I went to my PI calendar and tried to change the settings to no avail.

1.I opened the calendar then chose the PI icon.
2.I chose settings
3.Now there are 3 icons on top, the left is a gear, the middle is a pda, and the right one is 3 colored bubbles.

I know the right one isn't the one. I think it's the middle one. When I choose it, I then choose the Month & Timeline views setting. Then what? I have Word wrap set to Yes, and Mini-Text Typeface size set to 8. Detail Typeface Size is set to 8.

Thanks for your help!

Nevermind! I found it. It's not in the settings, it's right on the bottom of the calendar in the middle in what looks like a slider bar between the star and the up/down arrow. Thanks everyone for pointing out that it can be done.
