Moving Files on Axim 5

I some programs and data in main storage that I would like to move to my 256MB SD card. I have outlook contacts (about 600+), as well as a bible program that I would like to use from the SD card. What utility programs do others use? Any help appreciated. thanks

I don't think it's possible to move the contacts (but I may be wrong). The best way to move the Bible program would be to uninstall it from Main Memory and then reinstall it to memory card.
