chess program compatibility

I've tried downloading a chess program, PocketFritz, on my x5 that runs Pocket PC 2002. I noticed too late on the software package that it requires Pocket PC 2002+ or Pocket PC 2003. Sure enough, my Axim evidently didn't recognize this as a downloadable program. Any suggestions? Is there any way (any updates?) I can try to run this on my Axim? Would apprecieate any advice!
