Cabinstl - How to install ???

I downloaded Cabinstl at http://www.s-k-tools.com/util.html but I could not run it . The error is the file could not unzip. Could anyone please give me the Cabinstl program . Thanks so much , please.

I have resco explorer 2005 and memmaid ( both in .exe) , I installed them via sync and my X51v tell me that it would installed Resco explore 2005 and Memaid in .cab in Main memory or SD card ( I did not see any words of "built-in storage" ) . I chose Main memory . Is it a built-in storage ? Do I have a good choice . I saw that

Storage Program ( At this time nothing is running)
Total : 195.01MB Total : 49.47
In use: 7.11MB In use: 18.88
Free : 187.91MB Free : 30.59

Please tell me what I should I do at next time when I need to install another thing.

I am grateful for help so much.

Did you unzip it from your desktop? Once unzipped, just copy the .exe file (choose from English, Russian or German) over to your Axim (any location is fine). To run it, just tap on the .exe from your device. There is no installation procedure.

Both Resco and MemMaid can/should be installed into either Built-in-Storage (if you're running WM2003SE or below) or memory card.

Moved to Utilities.

What to Do....

Run Cabinstl from the PPC and then select the Cab file you want to install/unpack and where you want to install it to on your PPC. I keep cabinstl on my CF card with all the cabs for all the programs I have on my Axim.

Built-in storage = memory area where programs are install (ROM)

that IS the only 2 choices we ALL have ( ROM or SD card )

with WM5 the "RAM" are used to runs programs. ..the ROM (built-in storage) is used to installed programs)

you're just confusing the terms !!! ;)

Not on WM2003SE and below. Does the built-in installer on WM5 work on CAB files too, or only when you are installing via ActiveSync?
