Newbie: How to organize folders for Word Mobile?

I have my X51v for about a few weeks now. I am happy with the unit (after upgrade ROM to A04 and disabled the schedule activsync etc. according to the help here).

What would be the best way to organize folders in the Main Memory and the SD card (I have a 512Meg card)?

I created a My Documents folder in the SD card and a whole bunch of subfolders (House Matce, car Mtce etc) under this My Documents folder. For some reasons inside Word Modbile, it only shows all doc folders in the Main Memory My Documents but NOT the My Documents folder under the SD card even if I asked for All Folder level. How do I see all the sub-folders of My Documents under the SD card? In order to see those doc files, I need to go to the File Explorer and double click those files to see in Word Mobile.

There must be something I did wrong? I do a lot of Word documents because I like its outline features.

Thanks in advance for your help.

It's a long shot but have you deleted the "ignore_my_docs" (or something similar) file? try this if you haven't

Am I correct to say that the Word Mobile can only see the first level of folders? I could not find a way to have the Word Mobile see any folders I created or moved via File Explorer ??

It only shows the first level, however, you can open (word) files in word from file explorer or your favorite file mangement utility (gsfinder, total commander) by simply clicking on them.
