Importing digital IDs into Pocket Outlook inbox

I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 on my desktop computer and I have a digital ID assigned to my e-mail address for digital signature and encryption.

As I spend more and more time away from my desktop, I was wondering whether the same thing could be done for my inbox application on Pocket Outlook's Inbox. I've searched Google, but couldn't come up with anything that would help me. I use Dekart's free digital ID certificate for Outlook 2003, but their web page doesn't seem to be setup to issue IDs on the Windows Mobile 2003 SE OS through Pocket Internet Explorer.

Does anyone know if this could be done? If so, any info or help is certainly appreciated! :)
