I just found that I have PocketStreets 2001! Are there significant changes that would warrant an upgrade?

Ummm.... I tried to install it and my PradaDell rejected it. So, I guess my previous question has been answered!

Upgrading from S&T 2001 to 2002 or 2003 gets you GPS support.

I don't really subscribe the argument that Microsoft S&T can't squeeze in trip routing and large geographic areas onto the PPC. Microsoft can do it, but they don't want to lose all the POI's (points of interest) I think it's more a matter of Microsoft not wanting to reneg on its promises to deliver users to their paying points-of-interest subscribers.

Navman's GPS software does just fine with entire states requiring about 100k or less. And they offer address to address routing to boot.

Besides, when in recorded post-DOS history has Microsoft ever delivered efficient fast compact software?

I have always liked Streets on my PC and while I like everyone else was quick to notice that you are "limited" with Pocket streets I still like it. I like the way the maps look. I may have to try PocketMap City though that looks nice. I don't do alot of State to State traveling so I am quite happy with it.
