Hi I just downloaded Icbar, and some skins, but have no idea how to install the skins. Thanks

you need to put all the files that came with the skin you downloaded and put them in a directory on your Ax. I placed them in a Skin directory of the programs folder, then go to your Settings menu in Icbar, the button on the far right on mine, and you will see options for the BatteryMeter, Clock, Start button, and so on, unchck the Use Standard Graphic and then browse for wear you have your skins. You have to browse for eeach individual graphic. Click the Arrows on the bottom to go to the next graphic, and if its enable, do the same.

Kind of tricky at first, but youll get the hang of it....
