I use PPCNewz... You can read the review right here.... This is a great offline reader. There are some online readers, but I've always found that they don't do as good a job as PPCNewz does.

ok i read the review and i'll use it but i need the online reader,too. because sometimes i can't syncronize for a long times about 4-5 days..
