Question Trouble Syncing because it thinks my Axim is a GUEST

Hey all....just wondering if anyone can help me with this problem. I've noticed that once in a while Active Sync considers my axim as a GUEST and won't sync my programs (money, tasks, etc.). I turned my computer off and back on again and then it works. I see on my computer screen that it says I am connected as a GUEST but I still can't browse the contents of my Axim. I don't know what I'm doing different when it considers my axim as Guest. Other times I still sync up just fine.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

That happens occasionally when the TCP/IP stack gets corrupted and the software thinks the Ax is a different device because it gets assigned a different ID. The only fix is to reboot the PC and maybe soft reset the Ax. Think of it as the equivalent of CTRL-ALT-DEL and it's not so bad...
