MobSync and Windows 2000

Has anyone else had a problem like this with MobSync. When Active Sync start it launches MobSync based on the option to start when it senses the PDA is connected. When you go to shutdown the PC at the end of the day you have to do Shutdown twice. The first time it appears to just kill the MobSync then when you do it again it will shutdown the rest of the PC. Let me know if anyone has had the similiar problem and if it is correctable.

MobSync on Windows 2000 Pro, both with activesync 3.8 and now 4.1, works fine; I never had the problems you did.

I have the same issue on Windows XP professional. When I choose shutdown it seems to just close mobsync, then I have to choose shutdown again to actually shutdown.

What settings do you have in mobsync? Maybe one of the settings can help this issue.
