I couldn't find a small default Resco Today plugin skin or other real small Resco Today plugin skin so I miniaturized the default Resco Today plugin skin.

Tried to attach the zip, but it's to large so if you're interested send me a pm with your email address and I'll email it to you.

View My PDA for a snapshot of what I'm talking about. It's the small part near the bottom of the screen that has the battery percentage, memory percentage, CF percentage, and SD percentage. I like it because you can add more shortcuts without the scroll, takes up less real estate and allows for more meetings and tasks to be seen.
