Question Are you a user of Sprite Backup? (Help Needed)

After executing a RESTORE from my storage card, ActiveSync doesn't recognize that the calendar, contacts, and files on the PC and PPC are the same. It asks if I want to combine the two sets of records or replace PPC contents with the desktop's. It won't let me select the replace option and I don't want to end up with two copies of everything. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong??? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Same thing happened to me once. Turned out that there was a one record difference that triggered the Activesync message. I didn't end up with duplicates when I responded to combine form desktop to pda.
But, before I did the activesync, I removed the Axim from the cradle and copied off the outlook.pst to another location so that I could copy back the outlook.pst in case of a disaster.
The outlook.pst is buried pretty deep:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Thanks, i ended up with a few duplicate items, but nothing I couldn't cleanup quickly.
