Sorry to hear this. Perhaps this issue is mentioned on the weatherpanel discussion board over at Marsware.net. I remember having some hesitation through the upload, and I think I needed at least one soft reset, but otherwise ok (the second time).

I'm seeing the moon info on the newer version, but I don't think your missing too much else. They've actually taken away some small setting options in the newer version (i.e., ability for icons to rotate, and make the current temp info dissappear after an hour). The only new feature I noticed is that they added more information on the current temp detail screen which now contains a nice line chart of the high and low temps hourly throughout the day along with charts for rain, humidity and wind.

Thanks, I posted there also, but so far no response, could be something else I'm running, but I have the same programs on both machines and so far the lock up hasn't occured on the X51v.

I use the X50v alot more, so we'll see what happens.

I experienced the same thing on my X50v. Installed v2.5.1 right after a fresh hard reset of WM5 and it froze after boot. Went back to v2.4.22 and everything is fine. Obviously a bug.

The latest version is working fine on my x51v, don't know why it wouldn't work an an x50v running WM5.
