I was wondering if anybody has had any problems with getting a registration key from SBSH for pocketbreeze? I ordered mine on Friday the 6th and still dont have the key.

Well, it took them a few days to get mine to me so I guess this isn't out of line. If you're worried, you could always contact them. They're very nice to work with.

Wouldn't it be nice to know when you purchase that you may have to wait? I was in the same boat. Ordered it and then waited days for the key.

It will show up shortly, they are pretty reliable and pretty consistant from what I have heard with getting you the key within a week or two. It would be nice to immediately get one though :D

A week or two to get the key?You should get it as soon as you pay in my opinion.

I got mine through handango and they emailed me the keys within 10 minutes of the order.

15 Minutes for PocketBreeze, then later it took 2-3 hours for iLauncher.

Days seems a bit long.

Go to this site and PM amitregev http://www.sbsh.net/forums/index.php?act=idx He responds to PM's in a timely manner. I had the same problem and he responded within an hour and sent me the Reg keys.

I'm terribly sorry for the trouble

Keys are usually sent within a few minutes and up to 2-3 hours (when we backup our system the mailing server is usually down for a few hours and the queue is waiting a bit...), however, if it's been longer than 24 hours since your purchase and you didn't received your key, most chances that our welcome email to you was blocked :(

Email us to support@sbsh.net and we will have the key sent to you ASAP :) If you prefer, you can also send me a PM here on the forums including the email address that you used to purchase PocketBreeze and I'll send you your registration details back ASAP :)

Those guys at SBSH are awesome. You will love their stuff. Go to their website a lot because they put out interim releases a lot to fix minor stuff between updates.

This is something that I want to change. I used Handango Inhand to buy PocketBreeze, and didn't realise that it picked up my office email for registration. I would like the registration email to be my home email. Is it possible?
