It has the best page formatting technique I have ever seen in a PPC browser and makes the text small (small enough to see) so I can see much more on the screen. My only complaints are that it has a cache in the RAM and the bookmarks aren't syncronised with the bookmarks in the real Opera 8.5 or IE's mobile favourites.

The cache can be moved and other changes can also be made. I have moved my cache and all of the sub directories that opera installed in the main memory and everything (except some fonts) is working fine. Actually, better 'cause I don't get the memory errors.
I'm not a fan of the keyboard shortcuts, since I don't use the keyboard much during surfing, but the cache changes definitely makes this a keeper.
For Dobermann, Opera currently sells one of their mini browsers for 29 USD. I think I've read that this will be the cost of this version. I think it needs a few more beta runs before I pay, but all in all a definite improvement.
I believe the favorites are kept in the .adr file and that some cut and paste works there. I haven't tried that so tinker at our own risk.
