An app. (or registry tweak) to adjust scrolling speed?

I noticed the other day that if I scroll down a list using my navigation control AND the jog wheel on my x30, it scrolls at twice the speed.

Is there a way to get it to scroll at a higher speed all the time, that would be fantastic!
Thanks in advance:)

I have seen PIE scroll rate adjustment tweaks and some for other apps (doc readers in particular), but do not recall seeing anything for overall speed across all apps.

It's okay, good to know the lingo.

There has to be a way to change the scrolling speed overall, though; if scrolling in the same direction using BOTH the jog wheel AND the navigator button produces a much faster scroll, then there should be a way to keep it at that speed when using either one alone.

I WILL DISCOVER THIS!

I have NOT discovered this...sigh.

Has anyone else discovered this, or has knowledge about how to adjust SCROLLING SPEED across the board for ppc?

Start -> Settings -> Personal -> Buttons
From there go to the "Up/Down Control" Tab and adjust your "Repeat rate"

I went to Start -> Settings -> Personal -> Buttons... but I don't see an Up/Down Control Tab. Is this something only in WM5?

I have an x30h and am running WM 2003SE...lmk, thanks:)
