Hi,

I have Dell x51v running MemMaid 1.50.0.45
For some reason neither MemMaid, nor MemMaid QuickClean delete Duplicate Notifications anymore. It finds them, but does not delete them. Anyone else has the issues?

I am actually quite mad at Microsoft (what's new) that Dups are still there in WM5!!!

Can you also try from the notification queue tab in MemMaid ?
Please let us know what happens there.

Notification queue finds and deletes duplicated without problems.

OK, so the problem is only in the QuickCleaner module !
We'll get some one to look at this to fix this issue.
In the mean while, can you see if the cleaner now is able to delete duplicates from now on or not ?

I had upgraded from V-1.44 to V-1.5, and I do have the same problem, not detecting duplicate Notifications. Is there a Bug fix going on ?

Not really. Sorry for the delay, but it took some time to actually get a next duplicate.

Here is how it works/does not work:
1. A picture of duplicates by Pocket Mechanic (a competitor :hide: )

2. A few seconds later by MemoryMaid in Quick cleaner - did not find those two

3. Advanced cleaner still does not find them:

4. Notification queue finds them!

The bug is in the quick cleaner, and will be fixed in the upcoming version that is due soon.

We will keep you posted.

I've just started seeing this on Memmaid 1.72. If it even scans duplicate notifications Memmaid exits. I can see and deleted them from the tab in Memaid but quickcleaner or the clean-up tab both cause the programme to exit.

Any ideas?

Can you try to uninstall MemMaid and install it again?
if it does not work, contact our support and we can investigated more with you.

No, didn't work. I uninstalled and re-installed, but it still exits as soon as I do a duplicate notice scan in either quick scan or in the main programme.

I have a very similar problem: MemMaid abruptly exits while scanning "Duplicate notifications" from "Quick cleaner", while all the other entries are working fine.

I had no such trouble with MemMaid 1.72 on my x50v and now on my x51v. I use all of the modules regularly.

Mine was fine also for a long time but started playing up fairly recently. Maybe it is related to the total notifications I built up afte using the device for almost a year?
