Whenever I run SK-Tools it kills Wisbar Advance 2 on my X50v.
Also, after I run SK-Tools 3-4 times, it stops working (it locks up on the SKTOOLS background screen - no icons). Only a soft reset will restore it to full functionality.
Sometimes, only part of the icons/applications load.
I am running both without any problems at all. I have SKTools installed in BIS and WAS in Main Memory. The only other today plugin I have running is tdlaunch.

What operations you do with sktools?
You have enabled "Close all task before action"?
My most frequent operations are Clean Up and Free Up Ram. I have not enabled "Close all task before action".
My Today screen plug-ins include Pocket Breeze, Pocket Weather (a custom tab in Pocket Breeze), Pocket Contacts and Ilauncher (which includes battery/memory gauges).
I have noticed that the problem seems to arise when the memory is below 12-15 megs.

try use "Process->Action->Attempt to free RAM space" instead of shortcut "FreeUP RAM" because some memory gauges can freeze self and freeze system with this operation.

This is what I do. I didn't realize there was a FreeUP RAM in the Start menu until late last night. Using this - "Process->Action->Attempt to free RAM space" - also seems to free up bigger chunks.
Tried upgrading your WBA 2 to .20 yet? I've yet to see this issue with SK Tools and the latest WBA2, and I'm not seeing HALF the problems people on the forum sometimes report. Of course, I'm not using my Wisbar Advance Desktop at the moment, which may be why it's working right for me.
:approve: So far...so good. Thanks for the heads-up on the beta upgrade. It appears, for now, as though WBA2 was the culprit.
Keeping my fingers crossed...
I spoke too soon. The problems seem to arise when my memory drops to around 10-11 megs. Something seems to have a leak, 'cause even with the slightest of use, the memory drops rapidly.
What programs are you running? Do you use the Desktop as well? If so, you need to upgrade the WAD to the newest version as well. What Today Plugins are you running? I'm running fine with 30MB free, most times, often up to 35MB.

How do you have so much free?! I store all my applications on a SD card - except for about 15 megs in main memory. I show 7.8 megs Free Storage and 16.9 megs program memory.
As for what applications are running - WisbarAdvance2, Activesync (when needed)
Today Screens:
Pocket Breeze (with Pocket Weather, Pocket Contacts and Pocket RSS as custom tabs)
Ilauncher.
Well, for one thing, I've got WM5, which keeps my RAM as program RAM, thus allowing SK Tools to keep as much of that free as needed. :D How is your RAM divided at the moment, anyways? How's your memory slider set? Also, did you add an exception in SK Tools for WBA2, since you're running WM2003SE? I believe you do this by going into the Processes list, checking WisBarAdvance2 and then selecting the "Do Not Close" feature in the Action menu.
Also, do you have the Memory tracker button turned on in WBA2? That could be causing a crash of WBA, if you've got it measuring memory while doing the RAM cleanup.
Oh, and WBA2 2.5 just came out last night, so the official upgrade's available. It's a few hairs faster than the 2.4.20 beta I was playing with, although I'm not sure how to feel about the 'wisbar loading' screen he's got in there now when you change themes or major settings.

Thanks...downloading now. Where is the "Memory Tracker" button?
I'm talking about the Battery/Memory Meter you can enable from Button Assignments in the WBA2 Settings - if you have that button turned on, it shows your current battery level and RAM in the top menu bar as an icon, much like your connection, OK, and other buttons. I keep it disabled by default because of the battery drain problem which plagued WM5 and these battery trackers to begin with... although it looks like I should keep the meter turned off to avoid problems with programs like SK Tools.
