Delete Cab files.....

Hi,

I was under the impression that when you installed a program cab file, the cab file was deleted after the install was complete...?

I seem to have quite a few on my x51v...... can I blow them away to get the mem back?

Yes, I did. After install I get some message about freeing up mem by coping the cab's to the SD...... but as I said, I understood that these are just setup / install files......

WM5 treats cabs differently from previous OSes and leaves the original file but you can delete them after the installation.

Sometimes I think I'm the only cab on the road. Wait. Nevermind.

i came across this little app yesterday and have to say it's just the ticket, you can also choose where you want the app to be installed.
