I am selling my x50V and have a few titles that I have purchased legally (download - no CD). I would like to include them in a package along with the x50V and maybe even load them up to the x50V for the buyer. I would of course send a copy of the programs and delete any existence of it on my own personal PC and never use the programs again.
Is it legal?

I know that if I have a physical copy (e.g. CD, DVD) it is consider legal, I think?

Or am I wrong? Any lawyers out there.

Well aximsite rules say that you can't sell the software here....


For a 'rest of the world' answer you may have to go back and read those license agreements again

One thing to consider is that often purchased PPC software comes with a registration key that is tied to the device's owner name you gave at time of purchase. It won't work on another device using a different owner name (at least that is my understanding).
