Sorry to ask another dumb newbie question but...

Can somebody give me a short list of the absolute MUST HAVE apps? It's so confusing for somebody new to ppc what is what. I just got Pocket Informant. I've been reading extensively on what other users have on their units like Pocket Breeze, Pocket Plus, etc. To tell you the truth I can't figure out if programs overlap with each other. One more thing, when you install all these apps should I install them on the x51v itself or onto a card (eg, sd or microdrive)?

Pocketbreeze is great. It alters your today screen to make it more useable.

As for other apps... check my pda link. 95% of the are fine on the 51v.

Finally, install into BIS - you have the space might as well use it!

spb pucket plus is a must, and if you have a busy schedule, also spb diary/pocket breeze

Unfortunately Sprite hasn't gotten around to releasing the WM5 version yet ... should be today :approve:

Hoonestly, don't install any third party apps. Just use it for a few days. If you are new to ppc, learn the built-in apps, learn how you want to use it, learn it's limitations. Then come back here and look at the MyPDA section of some users. head over to Handango and Pocketgear and see what is out there.
