heres what I need to do: I am a photographer and use studio space that is shared with someone else. I want to show the times the studio is unavailable on my calendar yet still be able to schedule appointments during those times since I can do other locations. Sorta have the unavailable studio times 'greyed' out on my calendar, but not really be an appointment. I'm currently trying pocketinformant and don't see how to mark something other than my time as 'unavailable'. Second, I would like to track a photo shoot from beginning to end as a project. The item might be the persons name with subprojects such as shoot, proofs, order, delivery. Nothing fancy, just a project with subtasks. I can't figure out how to do that with pocketinformant. Any suggestions on software that might suit my needs or am I missing something in pocketinformant?
