Does this power management utility exist?
I'm looking for a utility that says "when this device is on battery power, ALWAYS shut the device off after x amount of time REGARDLESS of another program's (such as an mp3 or video player) insistence that the power remain on."

Does something like this exist? I've been looking around at all the power/battery management utilities and haven't been able to find one that has this feature.
