Yikes! Exited MagicButton, moved its startup to Temp and installed VBar 2.2. I found it took 1MB more program memory than MagicButton, so uninstalled it using Uninstall Programs. Did a soft reset and got a pop-up saying VBar startup couldn't find the program; couldn't close the eroror message window but, fortunately, could still run other programs. Checked and sure enough, the VBar startup was still in Windows\Startup. Deleted it, re-enabled MagicButton startup and soft-reset. Whew, back to normal. Guess which one I'll use?

I tried InClose. Stayed with vBar.

I tried them both on my X50V (WM2K3.2) and both work. I prefer MB for the icons on the task bar and the ability to set the default to be close or minimize for each app independently.
