Programs conflicting

I think it's vBar and Resco file explorer. My x51v with WM5 tends to freeze when I use the file explorer. Could it be a different program that's causing a conflict?

it could be anything.. you never know. best would be to try different combinations (try inclose) and see which one works well for you.

I removed vBar, but it still freezes and when I soft reset it says "The file 'vBar' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file." How do I get rid of it?

How DID you get rid of it?

I'm getting the same message and the only thing I think will work is a hard reset and reinstalling everything except vbar.

Is there a way around jumping through the hard reset hoops over again?

Resco Explorer works just fine on my X51v. Don't have vBar but the Explorer causes me no problems, works like a champ.

Usually things that complain during startup mean that there is a shortcut left over in the startup folder. Use Resco or whatever you have for a file explorer and look in the startup folder for file names that are the same as what is in the warning and delete them. Hard reset should be your last resort.

Thanks for that.

You can call me beanoob or something as easy as this.

So I deleted it from StartUp and *presto* it soft resets fine. :)

Thanks again.
