Is there an end task utility to KILL programs?

Is there an End task utility like the Task Manager in XP where you could kill running programs?

I have recently been using the memory thing in the system menu and it works pretty well for killing frozen programs. So I am wondering if there is a dedicated utility that would do that... I would aim to associate it with a button on my ax to force close crashed programs.

I am not looking for something like Magic Button... I use magic button, it is nice but it often can't kill a frozen program and becomes frozen along with the crashed program forcing me to hit start->reset.. yes.

Can't you just do a soft reset? I find that these types of apps end up having little utility since they are often inaccessible when your device has locks up, or take up too much memory in the first place.

Try SK Tools. It also has a FreeRAM function which can be useful after killing off processes to reclaim some of the memory.

Edit: corrected typo "FeeRAM"

Thats the funny part things like netfront crash, vito navigator crash, or resco crashes... but I could still use the start menu and the soft keyboard. The rest of it, magic button and the app is dead.

Why dont I soft reset? Well I do at least daily... if not more but sometimes im just too impatient to wait for it to bootup. Yeah... my ax takes ~30 seconds to boot up

I shall try those recomendations, thank you.
