Text Editor that supports unicode?

I'm looking for a freeware text editor that supports unicode text. For example, the registry exports from Recso Explorer are in unicode format and so programs like pocket notepad chokes on it.

I don't want to use pocket work since it insists on saving files into its own format. Total Commander's internal text editor works fine, but I rather use resco explorer.

Thanks!
