Utility to close apps instead of minimize

Does anyone make a small utility similar to the "power adjust" in Battery pack?
I know there are several programs like battery pack, Pocket Plus, etc, that do this, and a multitude of other things, but I am just looking for some small program, perhaps even a reg hack, that closes rather than minimizes the app.
Anyone help?
Thanks
Dave

vBar and MagicButton are the two with the smallest footprint of which I am aware.

You can also close with the Settings/Memory/Running Programs/Close sequence that is built-in, but it is a bit cumbersome.

Ctrl Q also works to close a program rather than minimize it.
