Greetings! Per chance some may not know about MemMaid, thought I would post the link here to DinarSoft. MemMaid is an awesome tool for not only cleaning (and I mean thoroughly) your Axim but also keep tabs on all your programs, memory usage, file allocations, etc etc etc. It's a very inexpensive tool for maintaining the Axim in peak efficiency! Hey, quick question: is it ok to delete Odyssey Client (Funk Software) from my Axim X51v??? Using my MemMaid, I noticed that the Funk Software folder is 2.42MB! I will never use Odyssey Client. Whatcha think?

MemMaid is a very popular software around here.I would think most people know about it but it never hurts to get the word out for those who don't.

Yep, that was my thinking! There are several posts from those new to either the Axim and/or the Forum seeking software tools for their Axim. MemMaid is awesome and so fast!

I wouldn't want to remove the Odyssey just yet. 2.42MB is really not worthy it imo. Odyssey offeres more advanced wifi security config. Depends where you are using it, you just might need it some time.

There are more than enough space on the x51v and I don't think most would even use up even 50% of it. I've put so many games and programs on it and I still got 141mb left..

If you really feel you are not going to use it....in this thread they show you how to replace the Odyssey file with an 'empty' Odyssey file. I know it works on the x50 but not sure about the x51.
